Client Challenge

A well-known FMCG client was looking for an Operational Sales Support Administrator to join their team. The client did not have the budget to work with recruiters and needed a more cost-effective way to recruit.

Ntice Approach

Ntice offered the client an IGNITE campaign. The IGNITE solution offered was centred around job board advertising to attract a high number of applications. All the job boards in the country were utilised. The wide online advert audience was the quickest way to attract active career seekers to the role. Applicants responding to the adverts were then vetted and taken through an interview and screening process to identify the top candidates within the advert response. The top contenders for the role were then shared with the client’s HR team.


The IGNITE campaign was successfully completed. The response to the job board advertising was very good, with a total of 115 applications received. The Ntice team worked through the advert response and quickly identified the best few. In the end, five CVs were shortlisted, and a successful offer was made and accepted. The entire recruitment process from start to finish took 35 days, resulting in a saving of 72,300.
