Ntice Search Solutions was created in 2010 as a Specialist Search firm based in Birmingham UK, focusing predominantly on servicing clients and candidates within the automotive industry in the UK. The UK division continues to support the automotive sector and has widened its market focus, to support a number of other sectors such as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Insurance, IT, Telecommunications, Retail, Business Services, and Engineering.
In 2018, Ntice Search Solutions made the decision to trade under the name of Ntice Sourcing Solutions. This decision was based on the fact that Ntice now offered several solutions that sat outside of the search sphere – namely, cost saving recruitment solutions, online job advertising, as well as onshore and offshore recruitment services
Ntice Sourcing Solutions currently have offices in Birmingham in the UK and in Durban, South Africa. We have a Network of National Recruitment Partners throughout South Africa to support us with our sourcing strategies of specialised talent across the country. We have embraced technology and have all the tools required to service our clients globally. Most of our interviews are done online and through Video Conferencing facilities, saving all parties time and cost, and speeding up the recruitment process exponentially. This way we are able to reach and connect with candidates and clients across the globe, timeously, at no additional costs. We currently service clients in EMEA.
